Difficult to open the bottle
It was tightly sealed, but it was so difficult to open the bottle

Great smell but…
We own a beard oil company and use Vetiver in a few of our blends. The problem is this - why do the 2sizes smell completely different??? The 10ml smells amazing! It is not cost effective for us though. We have to buy too many. I thought that maybe it was just a bad batch so I ordered another 3.38oz bottle and it smelled the same. Sooo I’m not sure what the issue is.
