Littmann Classic III – Reborn After 10 Years of Continuous Use
After 10 years of continuous clinical use, I replaced the diaphragms on both sides and the ear tips. The sound quality is now exactly like it was when the stethoscope was new—clear, sharp, and reliable. I’m set for another decade with this Clasic III. A big thanks to Littmann!

Mini cuts around it
it is having mini cuts around the rim and has fallen out a few times but there’s not much choice
