Cup leaks
Cup is made from a soft porous wood. It leaks.

Seller stands by their product
My cup cracked after a number of uses; unfortunately it was just a few days past Amazon's return window. Nevertheless, the seller replaced the item with a new one at no cost. Now I'm back to being a happy mate drinker!

The bombilla(straw) does not filter well at all
Gourd is ok, the bombilla (straw) is not great and it makes drinking mate very difficult and unpleasing. No filtration with this type of straw.

Cup cracked - Customer Service sent a New One for free
The cup arrived with a crack that made it leak. I contacted the customer service from Oronio Trade and the sent me a new one for free. The new one is working fine, and the set as a whole is really useful.

Mold inside after some use
It is very nice in size and appearance, but it keeps getting modly inside and I don't know why. I have other wood mates and this does not happen to them. I looked for contact information for the seller and can't find. Want to ask for replacement or solution.
