December 2024 - I have made good use of this inflator. It is a quality product. After the pump finishes inflating, be mindful of the heat generated by the pump. The hose can get hot enough to burn you. This applies to all air pumps. am highly impressed with this Oak & Iron tire inflator. I have looked at countless portable battery powered air compressors, and the complaints about the cheaper units are legion. Although this was more than I wanted to spend, it is a matter of quality > cost. Without fail, every winter, our car tires lose air - this is the most common complaint I saw by auto owners. I've looked high and low for gas station inflator stations, which used to be free. It now costs $1.50 or $2.00 per use. This used to be a very cheap cost of business for service stations, but now they have to gouge you for it. They now also take credit cards. For $1.50. The last one I found and tried to use, the built-in gauge was just garbage. It was off by well over 25 pounds, so it was essentially useless. This is why I ended up buying my own. The build quality is substantial on this product. It's relatively heavy, and it does pack a punch. The accessories provided are high quality, including a 2 piece air hose. The unit is easy to use and easy to understand, without even reading the manual. It does warn you that for every 10 minutes of use, you should let it cool down for 10 minutes. So you can't just use this non-stop and not expect issues. This is correct as ALL of these units run very hot. Compressing air generates a lot of heat, so as long as you pay attention to this warning, I fully expect the unit to last me a very long time. While the warranty is good for this, I still spent a few extra bucks for an extended warranty. I think it's a few dollars well spent especially with equipment like this.

To be honest, I was quite skeptical about getting a portable air compressor and so I did a lot of research before buying the Oak & Iron Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor. I had grown up with the large air compressor in my dad's garage and so I wasn't sure how well this small battery-powered compressor would perform, but it has WOWED me! To start, it arrived on time and well packaged. It was already charged right out of the box for immediate use. It has two hose attachments, a Presta and Schrader valve attachment, a plastic nozzle attachment, and the needle attachment for inflating balls. It even comes with a carrying bag that holds everything inside so that it is easily portable. If needed, you could leave this in your car in case you had a slow leak or to fill your bike tires before riding! There is an instruction booklet included as well as simple instructions on the back of the compressor itself. It is easy to program and has an automatic shut-off once you set the specific PSI or bar that you require so that you can attach the hose to your tire and leave to work on something else without worrying about over-inflating. I have used this compressor to blow up balloons for a kid's party (within seconds), to inflate an exercise ball for my wife (within minutes), to fill my bike tires before heading onto the trail for my tubeless mountain bike (with Presta valves, filled to 30 PSI within a couple minutes), and even topped off all four of my car tires (5-10 minutes). It is an IMPRESSIVE little machine that packs a huge punch. It can be a bit noisy when inflating but it gets the job done. It is pretty efficient at ventilating and keeping itself cool, but if inflating to a high PSI the hose may get warm temporarily. There is also a bright light on top that can illuminate what you are inflating if in a dark space or at night. It also comes with a charging cord that attaches to any USB outlet. It charges over a few hours to a full charge. I have had ZERO issues with multiple versatile uses with the Oak & Iron air compressor. I absolutely love this gadget and it has quickly become my go-to for inflating anything around the house, in the garage, or out on the trail! Highly recommend!

Bought to have a backup in case need air in tire. Always annoying to have to stop at a gas station to top off tires and gamble if you'll even find a pump and it's in working condition. Feels very premium, not cheap or flimsy. Feels American-made and I'm confident it'll last for years. If not, I'm confident company stands behind their products and warranty (though haven't needed to test this). Holds a charge for a long time - had it in trunk for a few months and still had a full-charge and had no problems topping off tires when needed. Super easy to use - connect it to your tire (or anything else), set desired PSI, and push button. It'll automatically stop when it reaches set PSI. Has different modes - like car, bicycle, sports, etc but not sure how it changes function. The accessories are nice allowing you to inflate many different objects. I also appreciate the screw-on or snap-on attachments allowing you to use whichever you prefer (I prefer the screw-on when inflating car tires.) Comes with nice soft-bag to store it in as well. Haven't inflated tires from flat, but used it to inflate tire from 28 to 42 PSI and took few seconds. Works quickly and is accurate PSI as car showed same PSI as pump. I'm sure a charge could top off all your tires a few times with single charge. Certainly enough in a road-side situation. Perfect for storing in the trunk in case you're ever out and about and need to inflate your tires with precision. Like it so much bought a second one for wife's car. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with the item. I have been trying to find this in my previous orders and I finally found it. Now I can leave a review. 2 years after purchase, the piece that is connected to the unit, where you would attach the hose to inflate items. That piece literally flew out while checking tire pressure of just 32 pounds! It literally flew out of the machine and it was, and still is unusable! For the price I paid, and the few times I used it over the two year period, I thought it should have been better. It obviously was something from manufacturer, since it was made with this attached!!! I tried to reach out to the company, but NO LUCK!!

I much prefer this over a loud, standard air compressor since they're generally not as easy to move around. While this is somewhat of an unnecessary and even perhaps a 1st World problem type purchase, I do appreciate the convenience of this device. It includes just enough accessories to tackle most common items that may need air and just enough battery for a set of four tires to top off. I've yet to deal with major air loss but I'd imagine that it has enough juice for 1 or 2 very low tires. My only real gripes are the slow charging rate and the recommended charging cable included is short and flimsy. It is also a bit annoying that it bounces against the ground while it does its thing so I just hold it as it operates. The price is a bit steep for what it is, but I've made enough trips to the gas station for air and I don't like dragging out the air compressor if at all possible.

Originally saw this pump on kickstart and did not want to wait months for it to finally show up and pretty much forgot about it. I got tired of going to Wawa and waiting in line to use the air pump machine so I looked again for a pump on Amazon and saw this one that used to be on kickstart, it had excellent reviews and all the reviews match exactly as they say. Easy to use with a different modes for a different types of pump that you need and I tried it on my car and it was absolutely seamless and quiet and fast I have since bought another one to give to my son to put in his car. NOTE. I would highly recommend that you not keep this pump in your car if your car sits out in the sun and gets extremely hot because the valves and the rubber valves inside, the pump will dry out and it will stop working just like a bicycle pump that does exact same thing which is how I learned this out the hard way.

Bought this because we oddly get flat tires. This one was on sale and went for it. Let me tell you this has been the best purchase. It is so reliable and works very well. Fills up the tire fast and it is made well. It stops once's it reaches the set psi you choose. It does seem a bit bulky but not to bad. And the pressure displayed on the screen is about .5 off from the actual psi the tire is, so I just fill .5 more. I love the connection. Wanted to buy a second one for our second car and was bummed they were sold out. Found another one on amazon and quickly returned it as it was nothing compared to this one. If it's available and you are looking to buy one get this one.

I bought this because my wife and I have somehow become nail magnets recently - we have found nails or screws in our tires a few times just in the last year. We usually only find out when we're parked somewhere for a few hours only to come back to our car and find a flat tire. We run performance tires on our cars, so run flats aren't a good option for us. I was looking for a compact air compressor for inflating car tires without needing to plug into the car. I was also interested in one that had an accurate pressure gauge and/or the ability to set the desired pressure and let it inflate to that setting. This thing really is awesome. From the packaging and the thoughtful attachments and adapters included, to the compressor itself which charges via USB C (instead of a proprietary power adapter). It will inflate a standard car tire to 40 PSI from being flat in about 5 minutes. That is pretty fast given this device is only the size of a box of Crayons. It holds a charge for quite a long time - we have kept it in the back of the car, and after about 6 months, it still had a full charge. It's a bit more expensive than the ones you plug into your car, but this is definitely a nice device, and one that seems to be made very well. I would highly recommend. You get what you pay for.

Un appareil vraiment de bonne qualité. Malgré son poid et taille, je le garde avec moi dans mon camelbak pour toutes mes sorties en vtt. Pour le vélo la capacité des batteries est irréprochable.

Inizialmente ero un po'scettico, ma devo dire che funziona benissimo e gonfia di tutto, è comodo e soprattutto portatile.

J’ai acheté trois gonfleur avant celui-là que j’ai tous renvoyer car il était pas pratique tuyau toujours trop court, connecteur de mauvaise qualité batterie très faible. Ça m’a décidé à mettre un peu plus voir le Dubent par rapport moins cher, mais je ne suis pas déçu car pour moi, ce modèle là est de qualité, les tuyaux font 50 cm de long ce qui est bien plus pratique, la fabrication est une très bonne qualité et le compresseur est bien moins bruyant que les autres. Pour ceux qui peuvent mettre 80 € je recommande .
