Very good, but very high salt content
These taste great. Unfortunately, a single serving is over 100% of the recommended daily salt intake. Makes a nice occasional treat, but if you need to watch your salt intake, avoid these.

Freshest Ramen you can buy packaged
I really liked the Shoyu ramen the most, the only other one I tried was the miso. I agree the miso is quite salty. The noodles are very fresh and I actually felt like I ate a meal vs. A snack with these. The'yre are worth the price. I use Ramen Bae toppings with these. I will buy these ramen again.

Love Hate
I have a love hate relationship with Hakubaku ramen. They got me hooked back in 2019 when they came two to a pack and had liquid soup packets. Shoyu flavor without any westernized add-ons like shrimp or chicken flavor. Not a dehydrated brick that i had to dissolve. It was awesome. Now they are one per pack and have the awful powdered soup base. Ugh. Ok, but the noodles are still good. Nothing some real shoyu can't fix. Still, I can't forget how much better it was before. The price has steadily crept up as well - its about twice as expensive. I still buy and eat the ramen but can't help but think I'm paying more for a lesser product. Takes the shine off what should be a pleasant meal. Haven't found anything better so here I am.

Tasty and fresh
While I supply my own broth, the noodles are wonderful. I do use the soup packet as a broth enhancer for your information.

Kid approved
I wanted a "healthier" noodle for my kids as they love ramen type noodles. Kids love these so that says it all. The noodles are pretty salty however once boiled it's better.

Not for me
Due to major stomach issues and sick 98% of the time, I eat a lot of ramen. The noodle is already soft in the package, but it didn’t have a good feel in the mouth, if that makes sense, once prepared. Having so many problems with the stomach and what I eat, I could not keep this one down.
