I use this to store my flour. I buy it in bulk from restaurant depot in 25lb bags. I store my flour in a damp, dank basement and it keeps it dry and fresh. This is perfect. I bought a large scoop and simply scoop it into my Tupperware container that I keep in the cabinet.

I purchased the bucket & lid to replace a container with a non screw on lid that I stored sugar in. What a great product it fits tight enough that I don't have to worry about ants or insects getting into my sugar.

I have recently purchased a food grade 5 gallon bucket with gamma seal lid. It was hard to press the lid first, but it created a perfect seal around the rim. Top opens and closes very easily, yet creating a perfect seal. Ideal combination for food storage - highly recommended for bulk foods.

These are so awesome! We are using these lids to keep everything neat in buckets and they are so wonderful I can't believe I never knew about these before. Wish there was a way to take them off of a bucket that could no longer be used and recycle the lids...but for the money it's not that big of a deal especially since they last forever! I'm so glad I stumbled across these lids by accident.
