Amazing and helpful
I am a novice when it comes to computers. I figured it would be an easy plug and play. So , it appeared like it doesn't work. That was absolutely not the problem. I called the company. Get this, I got a human right away. Kim walked me through the entire process. Obviously I was frustrated. Kim kindly understood my frustrations and in a calm voice the set up was complete. I'd recommend this seller. Customer service and support are essential. Having a human answer right away was incredible 😀

An excellent deal for the money
This computer tower worked very well. It arrived in good condition, on time, and with all the parts and features expected.The keyboard and mouse included were "very inexpensive" but that didn't matter.I am very pleased with the speed and small size of the computer. There was no apparent wear or defects, and the unit is fast and extremely quiet.

Excellent Computer for the price.
If you are looking for a good, all application computer. Look at this as your next option. The 32GB ram, makes it launch all your applications fast. Rather than a huge lag time. I had no problem Over Clocking the Ram to 64GBc, making it very responsive. As Well I added a 2TB hard drive to ensure tons of space for storing anything I could ever dream of. Plus it was so easy to make it Dual Boot! So now I can boot into Kali Linux, or Windows 11. Making this machine a great addition to my computer capabilities. Seriously consider this computer for your next home/office add-on. Great job Amazon10 Stars

Robust, fast, problem free small form computer
I've been using this computer for about 2 yrs now when it was $100 more, and as a At-home IT support agent, it has worked like a charm and is well worth the product. It works so well that I helped my wife buy the same model with the i7 processor. I would recommend this product for you get a lot of bang for the buck.

The unit is nice and compact
I liked the unit; it looks brand new and has no damage hook-up was easy and I got a wireless keyboard to complement the unit. This is a refurbished unit, I did a product test through DELL, and the unit passed all tests with 100%. I am very pleased and it works perfectly.
