ILLAMASQUA FREAK SCARAB EXTRAIT DE PARFUM 75ML

Bought this on a recommendation of a friend and found that the fragrance doesn’t last long on the skin and that I have to reapply for effect. The notes are all there at first spray, but the fragrance seems very weak on my skin. A slight hint of Neroli and Wood fire, are what I pick up when settled. Maybe it is something to do with being Extract de Parfum as oppose to Eau de Parfum or Parfum. I thought for the price it should have a lasting aroma for at least a few hours rather than about an hour. It is subtle.The bottle is lovely and looks great on the dressing table.

Without doubt the most intriguing smell I've ever come across. Two years I spent trying to purchase this after finding out it was discontinued. Finally when customer service told me it was reselling after a rebrand I went straight online at Selfridges and got it for £100. After all that time the smell was still perfect.Is it the best fragrance out there? Probably notDoes it last? Unfortunately......I don't like to think about itDoes it smell beautiful?.......ObviouslyDoes the smell linger with you for years?......I think so. It certainly did with meIs it worth the price tag? You can spend the same amount of money on a really well known brand, but when I tell them I am wearing Illamasqua they're confused. I like that.So just go for it, I don't reckon you'll regret it
