These are hot, like really hot. I know it says “Hot” right on the label, but I did not believe them. LOL The flavor though is very good and due to the heat, these will last longer than expected. The texture of the very top peppers was a bit soft, but as you work your way down the jar they become much more firm. The gallon I received had far more red peppers than green. I am not sure if that is by design or if it was just how the peppers rolled during the processing. The packaging was fine and there were no concerns there. Review: Yum! - Highly Recommend - Very happy with this purchase! I cannot find good quality cherry peppers at any grocery store. So great to have an desertcart option. Cherry peppers are our family tradition when eating pasta. I will even eat them as a snack. The taste is a perfect blend of heat and sweet. Not to hot. Very impressed with the consistency, I am over halfway through my one gallon container and have not found one below average cherry pepper. Highly Recommend.

Good Red Peppers
Good peppers. Almost all red though. So just be aware of that. Good and hot but a little mushy on some.

Not a good product this time
Terrible in every way ! Buying them for years and worst of the worst I ever bought ! To long of a wait for being a prime member as well not likely I will do it again

These peppers are a great quality and flavor. The cost is much less than in a regular grocery if you can find them in a grocery in this size very good buy!
