Intex PureSpa, 79 inch, octagonal, bubble, jet and saltwater system, 28454

Ordered this product late on Monday evening and it was delivered at 2 p.m. Wednesday, a great display by Stour Valley Spas and TNT, thanks. This is a very heavy item, two people needed until you get it unpacked. The packaging is well made and the spa is protected well.I spent Wednesday evening reading and re-reading the set-up instructions, they are clearly written but as a "newbie" to this I wanted to be certain. I checked the parts list and realised that some of the parts were pre-assmbled which was a relief. On Thursday I set it up, following the instructions and taking my time. Set up went well, very straight forward, after inflation and securing the pump to the spa it looks great. Filling took about 2 hours. Switching the heater on caused me some problems, alarms kept going off, then I read the instructions again. My fault, I had forgotten to press the reset button before use. Once done everything went well. Heated up at around 2 degrees an hour. First use was excellent. Be certain, the bubbles and jets are powerful and give a great spa effect. We have used the spa every day since it arrived and thoroughly enjoy it. There is plenty of room, plenty of water and good back support. The controls are easy and easy to access. One point to note, the spa arrives with lots of instruction books in various languages which is not a problem but check through because there is a separate sheet with info on which is needed, I almost threw it out. As a summary this is an excellent product, easy to set up, easy to control and great pleasure to use. If you are looking for a portable spa I think you would struggle to find better in this price range. Highly recommended.

Very good purchase but requires a lot of maintenance

Purchased my Octagonal Bubble and Jet Spa from Jardinitis for £649. Arrived after approximately 2 weeks as it came from Spain. Easy to set up. I am in my 50's and managed it by myself, although it would have been easier with two people. Sadly, mine was losing air and I discovered a hole in the spa. I contacted the UK number given in the manual, and was told a new one would be sent ASAP but they were waiting on a supply which would be here in 2-3 weeks. In the meantime, they told me to repair it using the repair patch - although this didn't really work very well. I managed to use the hot tub by re-inflating it just before using it each time. Luckily, it never deflated past a certain point. Despite the problem, it is a fantastic hot tub. Amazing price, easy to use, and very comfortable. It is also helping my back problem which has most definitely improved since using the spa. I used to have a solid hot tub with moulded seats and I have to say I much prefer this one as I can move around rather than be rigid in a seat. Have today set up the replacement spa which, luckily, doesn't seem to be losing any air. It also arrived sooner than expected. I have to say I was very impressed with the service given by the UK contact. Will be bringing the spa indoors to use over the Autumn/Winter :)

Purchased it a week or so ago. We often choose where to go on holiday because we want somewhere with a private hot tub.The tub is definitely easy to set up and great to use. I think we prefer this over the traditional ones. The reason is that the Intex is deep compared to a normal hot tub, where only the very centre of it is deep and depending upon the size of the tub, this area isn't that large. So in some respects it much like a large deep bath and that's very nice indeed. Because the material is soft then sitting down, kneeling is more comfortable than you'd find on a traditional tub.We went for octagonol model because we wanted to make sure you did have flat corners to rest in and that's worked well. We specifically choose the jet and bubble and that's useful because sometimes you want some water movement but not the full on bubbles and that jets work out well.So far so good. One problem is that a spa(not this spa any spa) requires regular checks and maintenance. So checks before and after use, every few days, weekly, monthly, every 3 months there are different things to be thinking about(Chlorine free ppm, ph, Total Alkalinity), cleaning filter, replacing filter, adding salt, replacing water. All of that means you want good and continued advice. So getting this or any hottub from StourValley is great because Sarah is there to help. Sure you may be able to get some or other hot tubs on ebay or wherever, but trust me you want someones advice and help with this if you're to really enjoy it. I did see similar models from ebay and it's a 'sell and forget you' kind of thing where as I know Sarah @ StourValley can help me and that means I get the best use of this tub.

Durch Corona wurde dieses Jahr unser gebuchter Urlaub abgesagt. Also Ersatz haben wir uns diesen Whirlpool gekauft. Für das Geld ein wirklich tolles Teil. Man sollte aber beachten, dass noch Budget für die Vorbereitung des Untergrunds anfallen kann. Wir haben den Pool in den Garten gestellt und zunächst eine ebene Fläche erstellt. Untergrund mit Riesel und Betonplatten vorbereitet. Empfehlenswert ist auch noch zusätzlich zur mitgelieferten Bodenfolie eine weitere Isolierung unter den Pool zu legen. Man sitzt auch bequemer. Wir haben dazu Pool Bodenschutzfliesen mit 1cm Stärke verlegt.Der Whirlpool ist sehr stabil, einfach aufzubauen und macht echt Spaß. Leider war die Ladefunktion der Fernbedienung defekt, aber das kann schon vorkommen. Der Support war aber super freundlich und hat uns umgehend eine neue Fernbedienungseinheit geschickt - dicker Daumen nach oben.So nun geh ich in den Pool und genieße den „Urlaub zu Hause“

È una minipiscina spa costruita con un ottimo materiale e dove stai dentro comodo.L'idromassaggio funziona molto bene e lo rendono ancora più piacevole i 4 getti che ha oltre ai 130 che ha sui lati.Il clorinatore funziona bene e anche la filtrazione porta via le impurità e le alghe.Consiglio l'acquisto.

Muy bueno. Lo tiene todo. Al usar agua caliente se usa más q una piscina, cualquier día a cualquier hora. Tiene Jets y tb burbujas y no necesita cloro ni bromo solo 2kg de sal la 1a vez pues crea el cloro solo. A veces se forma espuma y se le echan 8ml de antiespumante y listo. Tb filtra el agua y quita la cal. Le he puesto la luz para la noche y es una maravilla.

Hay que leerse el manual, ya sea online o el de papel, para saber que es cada cosa. Viene con todo lo necesario. Hay muchas piezas y herramientas que no son necesarias para instalarlo y ponerlo en funcionamiento, pero sí son necesarias para el mantenimiento. La puesta en marcha es facilisima; lo que mas ha tardado fue en llenarse y calentarse. Lo mejor es siempre usar la cubierta para mantener el agua, y siempre probar con las tiras reactivas el estado, ya que es muy facil equivocarse y arruinar el agua. Cosa indispensable: comprar la sal para el clorador.
