I absolutely love my Evo Gym! It’s a total game changer! This has been the only thing that’s kept me consistent. First off, the versatility is what drew me in. After the first use, I knew it was money well spent. It’s literally a gym you can carry in a bag. I like that I do not have to go to the gym to get gym results and I pay no gym membership fee. I have been using this for about 3 months, 3 days a week and already see good results. I recommend going to their website and watching the videos they have created showing several different things you can do with this gym. I am very happy with my purchase and results so far!

I got this product because I did not see myself going to the gym all of the time and wanted an easier and more convenient solution that I can do at home. The bands provide the resistance you need that will target your muscles and give you a good workout. Only thing I wished was changed is an easier system to switch bands in and out. It does get a bit annoying having to change it out especially between workouts. i reached out to the company and they received the feedback and are looking for ways to possibly change that so hopefully there will be an evo gym 2.0. otherwise, great workout tool if you want to be active and live a healthier lifestyle!

Fabulous piece of equipment! Easy to use with a variety of exercises to get a full body workout. Add a walk/run after it and done! Highly recommended.

This equipment is easy to use and is portable. That makes it great for road trips where the places I stay at may not have a gym. The free replacements of bands and straps is very nice. It shows that the company is backing its product and cares for its customers.

This is so compact, very versatile and clearly high quality. I bought it because we go RVing for long periods of time. I have full gym equipment at home and want to keep up my strength training while we are on the road but don’t want to lug around tons of dumbbells! This is magic — exactly what I need!

I am a former D1 athlete, and I really used to love to train with resistance bands at my college gym. It kept me light and lean and strong for doing middle distance sprinting. I stopped using resistance bands for a long time because I found it impractical to tie the typical at home bands to doorknobs or jam them in the door. I love the Evo Gym for the base. I can get that solid resistance without feeling like I am going to wreck my apartment. I am so happy to have found the Evo Gym, because I really do love resistance training. It worked for me ten years ago when I was training for sprints and it is working wonders for me now after having my first kid. There is no better workout and this has been the most economical and easy way for me to stay in shape.

Eventually you’ll have to replace your heavier bands. I’ve broken 4 50lb ones at this point and I’m done experiencing that. One of these days it’s going to injure me. It’s not the bands that snap, but the strap connecting them to the rings. Only getting two stars because I did get some use out of it and overall it’s pretty cheap. Plus support kept sending me replacements.

Before purchasing the EVO Gym, I was specifically looking for a variable resistance training system that had a foundation plate that attached to a bar with bands. This product seemed to be of good quality, had good reviews, and was affordable, so I decided to go for it. I'm a fairly new user of the EVO Gym and new to strength training in general, so I made sure to watch all the videos provided and found them helpful. I've taken my training somewhat slow. I didn't want to get overzealous and either hurt myself or get so sore that I couldn't move. However, in the last couple of weeks, I've started to hit my stride and am seeing progress in the number of reps I can do in each session. Configuring the EVO Gym for each different exercise is coming easier as well. At first, it was a little clumsy, but I can definitely see the benefit in the design of the product, and now that I'm used to moving the bands/notches, it's not a big deal. I love the compactness of the design. When I'm done with my workout, I can easily stash all the components away out of sight. I haven't had the opportunity to go out of town since I started using it, but I will definitely take it with me when I do, knowing it won't take up much room. When my EVO Gym first arrived, the bar was defective and would not snap together on one side. I requested a replacement and was pleased to find the process quick and painless. However, when my second bar arrived, it also would not snap together on one side. But using one part from the original bar with the new one, I was able to put together a complete bar. I brought this to the attention of the company, and they are looking into it on the production side. I’m happy with my EVO Gym and would gladly recommend it to others!

After sometime, platform worns out/broken easily coz of the material used I suppose.

I'm on a long trip and for the first time able to get my weight training in my own room in boutique hotels, and no longer need to book a hotel with a gym. Well worth the additional 6.5 kilos in my suitcase.

Little pricy. One of the bands broke. And no product support. Has not even been a year. I only use it three times a week.
