Best Small Grill
I don't know yakitori from tamago gohan. I bought this grill because I needed a light grill to take with me camping and I loved its design. I can't believe how well built it is, it's built like a tank. Yet with its size it is still easy to move around. I have a Kamado Joe up in our back yard but why use all the fuel to heat up a large area when all I want to grill is a single steak. And boy does it grill a steak! Using two layers of Binchotan Charcoal so that the charcoal was close to the steak it seared each side, restaurant quality, in three minutes a side. Now I'm going to have to buy another one to leave in our RV as this one isn't leaving the table that is right outside my class doors.

Solid little beast of a grill.
Solid grill I suspect will last a lifetime. It's all that's described here in the description you can trust that. When I think about the price of this for the size I remind myself this is the last grill like this I'll be buying in my life more than likely. I've had a few over the years growing up cooking hibachi style. Handling this one and using it a lot lately, I already know I won't need to worry about it corroding or breaking at any point even if using this as a travel grill for camping. Thing is built well and that's where the cost is. Some items you just want to be like that, especially these things as they're handling such high heat and flame and such. I love the aesthetic of this unit as well, very interesting piece and it's heavy for it's size too, solid. I think for the cost though, they really should throw in the accessories like the bars you use for skewers and another grill top, just saying that would be nice. Didn't really like the idea of having to be upsold on those after the fact for what we're paying for a unit of this size. Other than that small gripe, no complaints. Just would be nice to have those accessories thrown in with the purchase.

You won’t regret buying this
I was deciding between this and the Nomad grill but I decided to go with Bincho and I’m so glad I did. I went with the mini version (they offer bigger sizes), and after the first use we absolutely fell in love with this grill. It’s perfect for an intimate outdoor Yakitori or Korean bbq setting but large enough to accommodate a variety of meat, I’ve even cooked carne asada on it. Others have mentioned it’s hard to clean but I didn’t have that experience at all, in fact I felt the opposite. It includes drip tray, a coal tray, and the inner housing is also removable. The grill itself looks incredible as well and got a lot of attention on our first use. Bincho also offers a number of really useful and accessories like the warming rack, grill cover, and coal saver bucket which allows you to extinguish your coal for re-use. All of them were high quality and btw if you get the warming rack it also includes a second grill grate. Overall I don’t have a single complaint about the grill or any of the accessories. I had to order a few things direct from Bincho that Amazon doesn’t carry and it arrived next day (I live in SoCal where they are based). Lastly, if you’re looking for high quality coal that fits perfect in this grill check out Nomad (also sold on Amazon). I haven’t yet tried Bincho’s own natural coal but can recommend Nomad as it lit quickly and lasted longer than other natural coals I’ve tried.
