Boy can these things stick, even with them not being the "extra strength" ones! They still take some of my nose skin with them when I remove. It's easiest to remove them when they are warm. Make you you place them properly the first time because they do not re-stick well. They are effective when I am sick or have nasal congestion! I imagine they are helpful for those with deviated septums, too.

I love the strips. I use them in conjunction with the Vicks Waterless Vaporizer for allergies, sinusitis & colds. It helps me cope without dr visits or OTC preparations. Just breathing. They are unscented strips. They usually last most of the night if not all night long. They do not cause a rash. They are well made

I picked up these Nasal Strips (clear, small/medium) hoping for a drug-free way to reduce nighttime congestion and snoring from my husband. Overall, they’ve been a helpful tool, but with a few caveats. It’s still better than nothing, but it won’t completely eliminate snoring or fully clear your nose if the blockage is deep inside. The adhesive is gentle enough for his skin, which is a big plus. I didn't know this kind of product existed but I started looking into solutions because I was waking my partner up with my snoring. All I can say is 'Wow'. I didn't even know I needed this kind of product but as soon as I tried it I experienced instant relief. It's really incredible to feel how clearly I can breath with this thing. I've just been using it for a week, and no snoring so far. I'll need to use it for a month to see if it is really a solution for snoring. But so far, so good. The one complaint is that I have a hard time peeling off the adhesive backing. There must be a trick to it that I haven't figured out yet. But I have to spend more time than I would like struggling with it. Update: I figured out this last point. There is a split in the adhesive in the center of the strip that makes it easily peelable.

I’ve been snoring loud lately per my wife. I’m not overweight, actually fit and healthy and no signs of sleep apnea. We believe it is due to nasal obstruction at night. Just received them yesterday, same day delivery. I put one on last night and right away I noticed how it opened up my nostrils. Slept great and my wife said no snoring! She was very happy and so am I. Also, I read many have issues removing. I had no problem taking it off. Adhesive is good but not like super glue and peeled off without issues in the morning.

These would be great if they stayed on all night. Every morning I wake up and find the strip on my pillow not my face. I can't speak much for how effective it is since it doesnt stay on all night. I will finish the box I have but I dont see myself repurchasing this.

This is a great product worth trying if you snore due to congestion which forces you to sleep w your mouth throughout the night. It solves the issue and lasted all night, even my partner has noticed a big change and improves her comfort and sleep quality. The clear color is pretty discrete. Worth a shot for the relatively low price. Size: It fit just fine, I think where you position it on your nose matters most, I aim for the middle, just above the nostrils. Try flaring your nose as you place it to hold that position with the strip

Perfect size for ladies noses. Works well on my sensitive skin. Occasionally leaves a little glue on a side of my nose--remember to wipe when you remove. My allergists have me use nose sprays. They cause my nostrils to swell & make it hard to breathe especially when I lie down (saltwater spray doesn't help AND YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING IF AYR saline with aloe WOULD WORK THAT STINKS like perfume OF ALOE--making a bad deal tougher!) This counteracts any swelling or stuffiness. These are lovely & I am so happy they are made. Should be offered at same bulk discount as Large sizes for men. Amazon--that is Pink tax gouging.
