I purchased these book as the description gave the publication date as 2020, I want to read what Ian Fleming wrote. Opening one up to check, there’s a disclaimer inside informing you that “This books were written when terms and attitudes which might be considered offensive by modern readers were commonplace. A number of updates have been made in this edition, while keeping as close as possible to the original text and the period in which it it set.” Thanks all the same, the best way to keep it as close as possible to the original text is to not mess with it.
