Have brought these before Tena is a well known brand and even though not the cheapest do tend to do the job properly but I also keep an eye out to see who's doing the best prices for this brand as these are for my severely disabled daughter and even though she gets some continence through health they give about 2 a day which is no where near enough so have to buy the extra's ourselves.

Those are really large so not discreet at all if that's what you are looking for. They really are huge looking (Large size) however they fit me fine with regards to protection (a few inches either way slack). I'm around a size 16 and i reckon they would comfortably fit up to size 22. I chose those this brand as they had a high absorbancy and they havn't dissapointed! I can wear for 14 hours (needed those for medication incontinance post injury recovery). Fantastic product with zero leaks after emptying a full bladder 3 times nightly.

Discreet enough to wear everyday and have good absorbency. I have used both the super and the Maxi and have to say there really is no noticeable difference in thickness between the super and maxi. The only difference is absorbency and the amount per pack! The super product easily holds up for a good four hours. After this time frame I find they start to sag and the backing stretches. Be warned that these start of very discrete and as time goes on and mishaps happen they have a tendency to swell. Make sure the clothing being worn is capable of discretely hiding the product when dry and wet. The absorbent material holds up very well, I love running, walking, etc and find there is very minimal pad clumping / deterioration.

These were bought for a family member and he found them very comfortable, when helping in change in the morning they were the only brand we have tried that hasn't leaked. He was very dry and comfortable in the morning and there was hardly any odour. he said he felt very securing them as they have two strips to hold them into place this stops any slipping why he moves about in his sleep. First dry night and full night's sleep in a very long time. Worth every penny

Cosy, comfy, durable, absorbent

These are the highest absorbency we could find, and you can’t get these on prescription unfortunately. My mum is incontinent with dementia, and these see her through about 12 hours and hold very well
