These are wonderful! If someone is complaining about the lump in the middle, then it means that these are not the correct insole for their foot problem. The lump in the middle is exactly what I need. I'm in heaven! I am now able to be on my feet all day without foot pain.I went to a podiatrist and one look at my feet led them to use sports tape to tape a big wad of gauze or cotton to the bottom of my foot. He told me to come back in 48 hours and tell him how I was doing. It was amazing! The first time in years my feet didn't hurt. I don't remember what he said I had wrong with my feet, but the lump was what I need to feel comfortable. When I saw these insoles with the lump in the middle, I knew I had to try them. My podiatrist was offering to get me custom insoles. These do the trick for so much less money!!These are durable. I have a pair in each pair of shoes and so far they have outlasted the shoes I have put them in.

Great solution to my foot pain. I will buy more sets to have them in most shoes.

Trimmed the insoles to length using the factory inserts from my shoes. However, these insoles are MUCH TOO WIDE. These orthopedic inserts were about a half inch wider than the regular inserts that came with the shoe. It was extremely difficult to trim width off the insert due to the hard support inside the orthopedic insert. Once I finally got them trimmed to fit in my shoe, I found that they were also quite uncomfortable. I have worn supportive inserts with metatarsal pads in my shoes for years, and this one was the most uncomfortable I have had. It’s like the metatarsal pad was hitting in the wrong place. I didn’t last a full day with these in my shoes before I had to take them out.

These are the best high arch, metatarsal insoles I have found. I have very high arches and have dealt with “middle of the foot pains” my whole life after wearing these for a month the pain was gone and eliminated after about 6 months. My only issue it that the metatarsal pad could be higher and bigger but I bought some plain metatarsal pads to go underneath so you can kinda adjust them if you need to go this route but for the reasonable price happy, wouldn’t spend any more though. Also the toe box could be a little wider but still does the job.

I stuck them in a pair of shoes and they hurt so I stuck them in a closet and just found them today. Can I please get my money back? I still have the original packaging and they are brand new minus the 5 steps. Can I text you a picture? False discription, I have Mortons neuromaa and these definitly would make it worse!

This is a very clever design that addresses pronation, collapsed arch, and collapsed metatarsal arch. Nice heel pad, too. It fit right into my shoes without struggle. My feet feel great. Don't hesitate to buy.
