I had never used Diamond Crystal salt before, but I am now sold on it. I keep it in a wooden salt cellar next to the stove, and it has become my go to salt solution. The fine crystals are less salty than standard kosher salt, and it’s easy to gauge amounts without over-salting when cooking. I also have some finishing salts I use in other containers. I am amazed at the real differences in various types of salts in the cooking experience.

This is a must have for a serious baker or cook. This is hard to find in our grocery stores, and when we do find it the price is much higher. The crystal size is superior to other brands.

The product is a must for any real cook. Perfect salinity. Amazon did a terrible job delivering and packaging. Placed salt for crying out loud in a paper bag unprotected and left in the rain. SUBPAR!
