Rajah Cassia Bark, 50g

Crumbs of bark shards
Flavour of the two larger pieces were good but the rest were small, broken crumb pieces of bark shards which you would have to sift out so nobody chokes or breaks their teeth on it. I had to purchase elsewhere which had larger whole pieces. The sellers response was a waste of time also. Don’t buy unless your planning on grinding it!

Tiny bits hard to fish out of a dish
The flavour is good and the overall quality is good BUT it's in tiny fragments so it's hard to locate in rice or curries, the flavour is good but the potential choking hazard let's it down. Will stick to my usual brand that comes in large pieces.

Dissatisfied
When packet was opened it looked liked they had used the the left over droppings from the floor. You can use it to flavour your food but you can not fish these out after cooking they are like small shards and if you end up eating these really bitter taste .

Disappointed
The bag just contains really small chips of bark which are impossible to find and remove from a curry. Had to buy a replacement as I don’t want a fishing expedition every time I use it

Rajah Cassia Bark
Very quick delivery and perfect for my Gin creations I'm using the Cassia Bark instead of cinnamon as this truer for the Gin ,, interesting making something a little unique also with different herbs and spices ,, very happy with this seller ..

Smashed in transit
I have given 4 stars because the product itself is good, but the seller may want to check packaging as when it arrived the bits of Cassia bark were all smashed into small pieces, I will still use them but it is not ideal. So give that packaging some thought.

barking good
Use this in those dishes that cry out for cinnamon, but you are after a slightly sweeter note.
