i ordered this, but i received a used one that had been returned, and sent to me as a new product! unsanitary & unacceptable!! how can this happen???

I wouldn’t know. You need to communicate with Amazon

A question for the 4All Family team- I need to transport 8 .5cc prefilled syringes without needles. Which cooler will best fit these?

Hello, Thank you for your question, we hope you are doing well! For this scenario we would recommend using one of our largest coolers which are listed below. -4ALLFAMILY VOYAGER COOLER B08J6WQZ2P -4ALLFAMILY EXPLORER COOLER B07SYZ22GS -4ALLFAMILY Big Nomad COOLER B0964ND8Y3 You can find the preferred cooler by searching them on the Amazon Search bar or by searching their respective codes that you see in the brackets. The best from the three coolers is the Voyager as it can be used as a mini-fridge to keep meds cool indefinitely. If you need to transport meds you can go with the Big Nomad as it will keep your syringes cool for 28 hours. We hope this helps! Warm regards 4ALLFAMILY TEAM
