Hi there, Most benefits of sea moss are attributed to its film-forming properties, making it ideal for moisturizers or serums.

How long does it last when opened? :-)

I am 67 years old and and was finding it hard to get up three flights of stairs to get to my flat, I have so much more energy and can walk up them with ease. My hair and nails are in better condition. And my skin is plumper. I also use black seed oil which has helped with taking my cholesterol down and lowering my blood pressure.
