I WISH I HAD DISCOVERED THESE SILICA GEL PACKETS EARLIER. SO HANDY AND EASY TO ADD TO SMALL SPACES. I RECOMMEND USING THEM IN DRAWERS, INSIDE JEWELERY CASES, OPEN BOOK SHELFS, STORAGE CONTAINERS, WITH SPORTING GOODS ETC. BETTER TO AVOID MOISTURE BUILD UP THAN TREAT IT. VERY USEFULL.

I am thoroughly impressed with this 100-pack of 5-gram silica gel desiccants. They are the perfect size for all my needs, from small electronics boxes and camera bags to 3D printer filament storage containers. I've tossed them into my ammo cans, my toolboxes, and even a storage tote with important documents, and they work like a charm. I re-order these at least a couple times a year. Living in the humidity/south they are perfect for guest linen drawers. Bins with every holiday items stored.

They appear to be just I wanted as for removing moisture. The shipping was very fast as far as rating a desiccant I will need some time to determine if they perform for my purpose.

Very good product the quality excellent strong secure packets, ideal size for my intended purpose. Then I realise another 20 different ideas where I could use this product. Personally as a collector I do my best to manage the humidity especially when books are involved they work Perfect for me getting the right balance I need. This item seriously you can use for so many different purposes there's not enough room on this page to even list a quarter of uses.

Packs come with no outer bag that protects them from degrading. In other words, they are pretty much dead and would need to be "recharged" before 1st use. As I just want fresh packs that I can use right away, I had to return them. I bought from a local store where they come in a protective zip-lock bag.
