AUDIXD Vice Gooseneck Microphone Attachment with Spring Clamp for Drum Rim Mounting

This is a great mic clip. They are super easy to mount and very secure. My drum practice room is very small, so any floor space I can save by not having extra mic stands everywhere is a bonus! It's very neat, and doesn't get in the way - but it's also very adjustable, so you can get your mic positioned exactly where you want, so it hits the sweet spot every time. The actual mic clip at the top unscrews, so you can attach the right size depending on which mic you wish to mount. I bought this to attach an Audix i5 mic to my snare, so I had to unscrew the mic clip, and then screw on the mount that came with the mic. This means that you could mount pretty much any mic you like on here, and don't necessarily have to use an Audix one (although they do make great mics, so I highly recommend those too). The only reason I've given it 4 stars out of 5 is the price. Individually, these are quite expensive to buy for what they are. It's far more economical to buy these as part of a mic pack (e.g. the Audix DP7 or Audix DP5a) as they get included with the mics for a fraction of the price.

An excellent product - small so it doesn't get in the way and being a gooseneck, it's flexibility makes exact placement very easy.
