A true discovery in my kitchen!
Whether you are into cooking or not this thing is definitely worth checking out. Imagine it works just like any other plant oil but without the mess. It comes in the form of a powder similar to very fine sea salt or flour which allows you to season any food you like to braise or grill.It has no smell or taste that would affect food. I tried it on meat and vegetables and it worked perfectly. I also used it melted instead of butter in my pancake recipe and it worked great. A true discovery in my kitchen!

Excellent! A must for all budding chocolatiers!
This is probably the best thing I've bought kitchen-wise in a very long time! I was raised with making chocolate bars for our wedding and found tempering Callebaut a nightmare as I would get mixed results...this stuff is like magic and it works!! Just heat the chocolate to 45C cool to 33C and mix in 1% Mycryo of the chocolates weight - keep at 30C to use...I use an Anova Water Circulator. It's also great for sealing meat...especially steaks!

Expire date
The product is good. However , Amazon sent me a package, which expires in3 months. How can you use such a large amount of it during this time? Sorry , I don’t recommend ordering it here.

Instant chocolate tempering
This stuff is amazing for home chocolate making. There is absolutely no need to pour out your chocolate onto a slab and work it with a paddle. You leave it in the bowl, and at the right temperature, add the Mycryo. It will set your choc in five minutes, no messing! I've never had a failure with it. I'm glad Amazon sell it because it's sold out everywhere else.

Bought for tempering chocolate after watching the Callebaut videos. I should have carried on what watching them - it is completely redundant after learning the microwave method

Wanted this product as I went on a course and they used it there. I use a lot of Callebaut products in general and they are fantastic. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again, and it would be good to know if he stocks other Callebaut products.
