Good value for 2 pack
This 2 pack box was a good value and easy to make. Can microwave it(which I don't recommend because the potatoes don't seem to rehydrate well), can cook on stovetop( which worked out wonderfully) or bake it(which we didn't try. Still it makes a great side and is fast and easy.

I was able to prepare a complete meal by adding browned ground beef with onions and some drained green beans! Made for a simple filling meal!
