Cuprinol Garden Shades Exterior Woodcare, Sage, 2.5 Litres

Cuprinol is my favourite brand of paint when it comes to painting garden furniture or fencing.This tin of paint was no exception. The colour is exactly what I was expecting and I had no issues applying the paint to my project.I do find the paint to be quite runny and I also find that the wood absorbs a lot of the paint (which is the idea to help waterproof it). I personally found that 3 coats of paint gave me the desired finish I was looking for and I’m quite chuffed with how it looks. I chose to brush paint it due to only having brushes and I was more than happy with the finish and how easy it was to apply.The paint came delivered in a box which made it quite clear which way up to transport it and this helped prevent any leaks in my opinion from the delivery stage. Also, the tin is covered in tape to prevent the lid just popping off.The tin is like most paints and I found using a screwdriver is suffice enough to help lever the lid off. It’s easy to pop the lid back on and then remove again when doing extra coats.I found that one coat took just under an hour to dry.I can’t really complain about any aspect of the product. It’s only paint at the end of the day.Hope this review helps in anyway

the paint goes on very easily. it is a good colour to blend any structure into the background of a normal small sized garden.not easy to get this colour now in large DIY stores.

This is my go to product when it comes to painting things for my garden, I use this colour as an accent colour to things that I paint in either summer damson or forget me not blue. The arbour, the shed, the fence, the chairs , wooden planters as well as some other stuff. It is easy to paint on normally covered in two coats, dries reasonably quickly and looks great. My only criticism is that this colour picks up the dirt and gets stained by the rain quite easily. I don’t get this with the other colours at all. So I guess that’s the problem with using a light accent colour.

An absolutely beautiful colour. A lovely soft pink, brights up the room and easy to put on.

I have been using this product for years and it always gives a good result, also very easy to put on with a brush, as it is water based product, there is less mess in cleaning the brush. I always put two coats on and tend to paint the fence every spring.Excellent value as well if you get free delivery.

Used this product before and lasts a lot longer than any other make . Dries fast and goes a long way.

Really pleased with this colour so many say dark grey and you open the lid and light grey.Easy to apply dries quickly looks amazing transformed our old fence added magnolia paint on the concrete base.Fast deliveryRecommended
