Does this purchase come with the additional gwent cards?

The physical copy of hearts of stone contains 2 actual gwent card decks, game wise no disc, just a code. Cards are awesome. I'm assuming 2nd set of cards come with 2nd expansion.

Does the code region free or UK/EU only?

I think the game is region free, but DLC is not. So maybe not worth the risk.

Are these the same cards u get with the collection edition or r they different

The Xbox collector's edition comes with the Nilfgaard and Northern Realms decks, whereas this Hearts of Stone expansion has the Monsters and Scoia Tael decks instead. So if it's the Xbox collector's edition you have then yes they are different. Also on a side note the new Blood and Wine expansion also comes with the Nilfgaard and Northern Realms decks like the collector's edition however they have also added the hero cards to them as well. I highly recommend getting that one as well if you haven't already.

I brought this expensive one because it also comes with blood and wine expansion (I know it's not out yet) when it's out how can I download it?

As far as I know this only contains hearts of stone expansion plus gwent cards not blood and wine
