This I do understand is just survival food however does it come with a meal plan for 1-2 people for a week or 1 week as needed so that it would last?

Yes, our kits come with a meal plan based on the calorie and quantity of individual needs.

Are these meals individually packaged?

The individual items are package seperately but not the meals.

My bucket says best by 12/2022. I thought this was supposed to have a 25 year shelf life. Does this mean 12/2022 plus 25 years is the actual expiry?

I would send it back. I got a bucket in December that said packed in 12/2021. I believe that you were sold old stock. JMHO.🤔

Are servings packaged appropriately for one person or should I expect to open a soup kitchen with every bag I open?

These are not single serve pouches but you can portion them out.
