Does the size 6-9yrs come up big

Personally I bought the larger size and it just fitted my daughter who was 10. I would say they are on the small side rather than a generous fit - hope this helps.

Would this fit a small'ish 13 yr old?

Hi, my daughter is just under 5 ft and in age 11 to 12 clothes and they fit her perfectly. Hope this helps.

My daughter is 134cm - at the top range of the med, but is pretty slim. i don’t mind if it’s not super long. will the med fit?

I think I bought 5-7 for my then 7 year old. She is quite tall, but slim but because of the style though it would be longer. This was the case and it fit her perfectly.

Does this come with head dress too?

Yes it does, but I would never buy it again, as it states it is flammable material. Why would manufacturers produce clothing for children like this, cheap outlay and labour!
