Q: Will this come through the letter box if not home

The tin is small enough to come through the letterbox...mine did. It does depend however on how it is packaged

Q: What is the percentage content on Eucalyptus oil?

Hello Shirley, I have checked on the Zam-Buk tin but it does not give percentages of contents. As Eucalyptus is the 2nd ingredient on the list, after petroleum, I would imagine there is quite a big percentage compared to the pine & thyme oil. Hope this helps. Regards, Brenda.

Q: Will this draw out splinters?

Magnesium sulphate paste will draw splinters. It might need several applications & keep the area covered with a plaster to keep the paste in contact with the splinter & entry wound.

Q: The description states it is 20g. However, further down the page under product details it says 9g. Which is correct?

Hi Chris, it's a 20g tin you get and I think the description needs a tweak. You don't need a lot as it spreads really well on skin.
