Can you tell me if you can use juices or powdered supplements in these bottles without affecting the quality of the plastic?

Yes, it's safe to add juice or powdered supplements in it.

Can you pour hot water in?

It is not a vaccuum flask so it is not designed to keep drinks hot. We wash ours with hot water without any visible problems so far.
