Good labels - shouldn’t go brittle in the sunshine
They’re just small bits of plastic that will hopefully be suitable for the job I bought them for! They’re shorter than I’m used to, but I guess that means less plastic used… Having said that, they’re big enough to write on. They’re a little flimsy and hence a bit tricky to get into hard soil. Actually - impossible to get into hard, compacted soil!The key thing for me is that they are not brittle. Some other cheaper labels that I’ve had in the past will not last a summer outside without snapping/self destructing, which in certain cases has left me not knowing what I’m growing! Particularly annoying for special varieties of perennials that I keep from year to year.

Use your own marker pens! Treat the labels themselves as the bargain but pens as just compliments x

I bought the same labels + marker off a different seller with the same marker pen brand and they run out. I've had labels of this sort that came with the complementary marker pen but I think the Sharpie will last for longer - so if you are buying this, see the pen as a compliment, or it just might do if you are on a budget.I got the x18 set (I think?) of Sharpies in different colours and so rather than buying different coloured labels for different plants, you can use a different permanent marker of the Sharpie for each plant. You might want to reuse the labels after harvest so a permanent marker is best. That makes sense.So stick with white labels like these, get a Sharpie permanent marker colour set and colour code that way. That might save money on the cost of buying different coloured labels and you get to decide your colour coding. Just log the key in your gardening notebook if you want, or, the difference in written colour may suffice.Organisation and joy in our work is key for us as gardeners! Las etiquetas se ven resistentes y funcionan bastante bien, la única pega es que hay que limpiarlas con un papel, ya que deben traer alguna sustancia que impide que los rotuladores (edding 400) escriban correctamente, pero al limpiarlas deja de ocurrir
