Good wrench!!!

Great pipe wrench, due to its length I would not want to use this on much more than 1.5", but you can open the jaws to accommodate most hex fitting on 2" at a REAL push, although you'll struggle to put on enough force. Really lightweight, but strong. Teeth are hard and sharp. and no chips so far (used this on 316 stainless and cast iron)

Needed a good lightweight set of 24’s, not disappointed.I don’t buy tools to sit in a toolbox, they have been well used and called upon to get the job done.5 star all day long

Great piece of kit. Had to remove a load of old cast iron gas pipes in my basement, gave myself the afternoon to do it but this tool let me finish the job in 30 minutes! Gripped the pipes perfectly, good yank anti-clockwise and they all unscrewed one by one with no slipping.

This is the best pipe wrench ever. Must have for every pipe fitter. Highly recommend

A must have pipe wrench. Hold up great. Grabs pipes like a champ. Strong an light weight. Ridge is the way to go for pipe wrenches. Teeth are sharp an are still sharp after years of use. Trustworthy and durable. Would highly recommend. Its nice not to have to pack around a heavy iron pipe wrench. An have put it to the test wrenching on old rusted pipes. Well built wrench. There is no better straight/regular pipe wrench than this Ridgid, hands down, i have tried so many, its the teeth that dont slip that make these so good, they are the right angle cut and depth and they are hard steel that last for years. Aluminum wrenches are so important for those of us that plumb all day beacause the are so much lighter. I am a gas line plumber and use two 14" Ridgid wrenches ALL DAY EVERY DAY. I am replacing a 6 year old set that have seen quite seriously thousands of pipes, they are still performing well but these went on sale and i dont think i have ever seen them at this price. if you are unsure i just wanted to share my opinion that this is one of the few products that BRAND matters, these are really so much better than any other pipewrench.

This is a genuine Ridgid Aluminum Pipe Wrench. Best price out there.My suggestion is to head over to your local hardware store and pickup a steel version. Then pickup an equivalent aluminum version of any brand. The difference in weight is impressive. Then go back home and buy the Ridgid version of this tool. These are simply the best, lightest toughest tools you can get.These are just so nice to use, and I can't think of a reason to buy anything else. They last forever and your mileage likely won't vary. You'll be so happy you bought them. We have three different sizes, and love them all, and we are just farm kids doing farm work.Just don't flip them over to use as a hammer (Sigh).
