I was fed up sinking into the soft foam cushion on my favourite chair so thought I'd try one of these, I wasn't disappointed, it's really comfortable even after sitting on it for a few hours while designing on the computer etc. After a few days you do get a little dip in the middle but just flip it over and you're good to go again. Really nice quality so I'm sure it will last for a long time. Also my elderly father has trouble getting into the car as it's a bit low for him now so I put this cushion in the car to make it easier for him and it worked a treat so I've just bought another one to keep in the car.

So suited for a firm but comfortable cushion

Used for elderly father, great that you can tie it with straps to the chair. He reports that it's nice and comfortable.

The product supplied is polyester (hollow-fibre?) filled and is quite soft. It is very well filled and there is no obvious sign of any degree of surplus cover material with the filling 'floating' within, as with some scatter cushions. Looking at all the colour options of this product, all are described as having a 'supportive cotton filling' suitable for pregnant ladies, people recovering after surgery etc. Although quite soft and spongy, this could in no way be described as being supportive and is essentially little different to the medium-soft foam-filled products often encountered. Although neither pregnant nor post-operative, I did want a cushion that offered support and some comfort. The manufacturers were contacted and a reply given that the this product had NEVER been available with the cotton filling; some of their products use a cotton filling but not this. Polyester is the standard and the product description will apparently be amended. Although not exactly as expected, it provides a far more comfortable seat than the chair for which it was purchased ever offered and it is to be kept and used, daily. Ties are provided, one each at the rearmost corners that may be used on a chair's uprights or around the chair legs (if the back is solid) as they may not otherwise be able to reach around. All the longer edges are rolled but they are soft and lack the hard internal stringing that is sometimes employed with such finishes and which can dig into the backs of one's thighs and cause short-term circulation-related or sensation issues (pins and needles). With the correct description, this is a good cushion. It is a different product than a rather similar-in-appearance cushion with ruched side panels and deeper rolled edges.

Very happy with this purchase. The cushions really helps as I have a bad back but sitting on this does make a difference.

Excellent. Lovely colour, very well made, quality materials. Comfortable. Unfortunately I have to return as it's too big for the intended chair. My son has a disability and needed extra support whilst sitting at his desk. Other than that it's very supportive lovely booster seat. Ideal for the disabled or elderly.

I needed a "Firm" cushion but not this "Firm", honestly it's like sitting on Concrete! Passed it on to my Dad who likes extremely Firm cushions.

Conforme au descriptif, confortable et rehausse bien l'assise

Ce coussins est parfait ! Il est solide et très doux. Lorsque l'on s'asseait dessus, il ne s'affaisse pas, comme je le craignais, et une fois que l'on se lève, il est toujours aussi épais. J'ignore si cela va perdurer dans le temps mais, pour l'instant, j'en suis satisfaite. Cela dit, il n'était quand même pas bon marché. Mais bon, la qualité est au rendez-vous, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas.

Cela fait plus d'un an que je cherche des coussins confortable, pas trop dur mais qui ne s'affaissent pas non plus J'ai enfin trouvé mon bonheur! Ils fournissent un très bon soutien, la taille 40x40cm est parfaite pour mes chaises, et la couleur et ce que je cherchais. J'ai également commandé un coussin 50X50cm pour le fauteuil de mon père. Il lui donne plus de confort et l'aide à se mettre debout avec plus d'aisance. C'est vrai qu'ils sont un peu chers mais je pense qu'ils valent largement le coût.

Joli coussin confortable 40X40, d'une bonne épaisseur (10cm), avec des finitions soignées. Il me permet de rehausser l'assise un peu basse d'un fauteuil cabriolet. La couleur crème correspond parfaitement à ce que je souhaitais, c'est à dire à un beige clair qui tire davantage vers une couleur "sable". Les nouettes semblent solides et sont suffisamment longues pour qui veut attacher le coussin à une chaise. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif, le revêtement n'est pas en cuir (mais au vu de la photo on s'en doute un peu), mais en suédine, ce qui est agréable au toucher et donne un aspect plus cossu que le coton. D'un bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande ce coussin. Cependant, je regrette juste qu'il ne soit pas déhoussable.
