Is the rose water distilled or mixed with oil?

The one I bough a few months ago had no oil in it, but the ingredients on the new one looks to have Vegetable glycerin in the ingredients so its not the same.

Which 'vegetable' glycerin is in it? Does it need this or is it still good withoit it?

It's not necessary to have glycerin in the product if you want it only as a toner, glycerin is for added moisturizing.

Can you use this on your face? Also do you recommended using after face skin care routine?
