The Pet Pals are quirky, resourceful and adorable animals. They are put to the test when the Evil Crow Witch and her nasty band of evil-doers are determined to drain the canals of Venice. Each armed with a touch of magic, the Pet Pals discover the power of teamwork and must combine their strengths to uncover the secret code before the Evil Witch does.

Mean spirited and unnecessarily violent.
This is a poorly made and violent film. I would not let my 6, 4, and 2 year olds watch it. It is more for adolescents than children. Avoid if you have small kids. They will start hitting each other and their friends.

Mind-numbing dialog
This was pretty bad, awful script. I give it 2 stars only because it kept my kid's (4 and 6) attention through till end on our movie night. But I was next to them, silently begging for it to end. (note: I'm generally a big fan of kid/family animated films)
