Any body use this on 6.6 L diesel or bigger with a completely dead battery?

Yes I have I used it on my neighbors 7.0 that was sitting for a month stone dead. Started first try he was trying his on the passenger side which is aux battery soon as I put it on the correct one it fired right up. But if your battery is like 2 years old or older it may and it may not because it loses the acid

I purchased this product 5 months ago. It is100% charged, I checked connections, however I'm not getting "ready" and it isn't jump starting my car.

Hello, i only had to use the charger one time and it jump started my car instantly. Recently brought the charger from the garage into the house because of the recent Hurricane and it remained 100% charged even after the one and only jump. Sounds like the one you have maybe defective. Good Luck
