i press the me button and nothing happens, only when i use the app and press the green mike does it translate. is that the way it is suppose to work?

I had the same issue. I ended up sending mine back and getting my money back.

Hello, this device needs your phone in order to work, so far its very slow to respond. You are better off using your phone.

Anyone get this thing fixed when the application hangs and just says Loading? I'm tossing this thing in the garbage because I hate returning stuff

Funktioniert nicht wie erwartet, Preis Leistung Schlecht.

Habe diese übersetzer für das Arbeit gekauft, viele Fremd Mitarbeiter vor Ort, Leider hat das geräte vollig versagt!! erstmal funktioniert es ohne die App zu installieren, zweitens, es versteht die sprach nachricht fast gar nicht, zb English. Drittens in lautem umgebung viel zu leise, viertem sehr langsam. Nie wieder nicht das geld wert, lieber google oder DeepL benutzen.

DO NOT BUY,THE APP DOES NOT WORK

Delivery time was good, but you cannot get the translator to connect to the phone through the app, you have to download the app and all it does when you are connecting it just says connecting but stops there and does not connect even though it's connected to Bluetooth, when you get revies on the app they are all the same issues that everyone has.
