Is the sterimar baby congestion relief or the baby breath easy?

The nozzle for kids products on Amazon is different from what's on Sterimar website. does this mean products on Amazon is not the latest products?

I wouldn’t worry too much it is basically just salt water and will still be in date or they can’t sell surely. The nozzle only changed recently I believe I never had an issue using this old type nozzle
