This simple item saved me a lot of money
Just went from a Tesla to a BMW I7. Traded in speed for luxury and still kept the electric features. I had a Tesla charger installed at the house and I thought when I switched that I was going to have to get another charger but this little piece saved me major money. Its simple to use and works perfectly. I love it.

Ionic 5 Process
Great product so far, found this info on another thread so wanted to share:1. Attach adapter to Tesla charger2. Wait 30 seconds3. Plug in Adaptor connected to Tesla Charger to Ionic 54. Wait until you here “Charging Unsuccessful”, leave plugged in and turn on Ionic 5.5. You will see that the car is NOW charging on your screens in Ionic 5.6. Turn car off7. Walk over to charger port and you will see the lights blinking in charging mode.I hope this helps, working great so far!

All charged up!
The HUUPRO J1772-to-Tesla Charging Adapter is another club in the bag if you are on a trip with your EV and can only access a Level 2 Tesla 'Destination Charger', which are often found at hotels. The adapter typically throws an error message with my Kia EV6 but sending a 'Start Charging' command will get the charging going w/o problems. That's a known issue with a known workaround. Charging happens at a higher power level than a typical free Level 2 charger (11.5kW vs. 7kW). The adapter is very sturdy and looks solid. Good price to value ratio!

Seems to cause a short
Used this for a while and it worked well. Then it started tripping my breakers. The panel is just a few years old. I have a Tesla and a BMW. Can charge the Tesla no issue but with the adapter on for the BMW there have been issues and we can't even charge it anymore. Would like to return but seems to be too late. Spent $300 fixing my panel after this seems to have broken some breakers.

Fits, works - slowly. Sales visuals are misleading
Works on Tesla 60A home charger. Om Tesla I get 46-48A charging speed. When plugging in another vehicle using the adapter I get 11a max… though vehicle settings are prepped for 48A.Promotional shots, specs and video state 60A but if you look in one element of description shows up to 15A max. Customer service is non responsive to repeated emails to inquire.

Has worked every time!
Has permitted me to use a Tesla charger near my home for the past 4 weeks and has worked every time. Durable and small and best price I’ve seen to date.

It works. But..
Definitely some weight to it. Not some cheap plastic adapter. Simple to use. Plug adapter to tesla charging cable and then plug to vehicle. However, having issues with the adapter and tesla charging handle clicking together. It will just pull right off without pressing the red button.

Well Made and a Good Item to Keep In Your EV
If you have an EV that's not a Tesla, you'll see there many more Tesla chargers around than the J1772 models you need to use. You might have a friend or neighbor with a Tesla and they'll have a charger in their garage you could use either because the plugs are different. This handy little plug and play handle will let you use a Tesla charger by converting the energy from the Tesla plug into a plug your EV can use.The only warning is it won't work on the Tesla Superchargers which you see in parking lots in shopping malls and at hotels. This will only handle up to 60amps and the Superchargers far exceed that, so if you try to use a Supercharger you'll create some serious fireworks. Still, this is a nice item to have in your car and it takes up almost no room. Comes with a carrying bag and instructions, but it's pretty simple. Plug the Tesla charger into one end and then put the other end in your car. It will self limit and take only as much electricity as it can.
