Its worth having but could not manage to set up the face recognition.

1- it requires some drilling in the door so if ur door has iron plat or something this will be an issue2- there are some iron internal parts that need to be cut to door size3- we couldn't get the app to lock or unlock the door4- most importantly, there was no installation manual, I was only able to install it because there was a similar one already installed so I just copied what was there, other wise it's impossible!!

Product quality is premium, fits perfectly with 4.8 cms thick door. I took amazon installation which was GREAT.Finger print, face, access card sensors all are very quick responsive.Door handle is of premium quality, it feels classy and build quality is great.Price is also ok.Just the camera quality is not that great as shown in photos.Secondly on camera screen the language is chinese.This is the only reason for 4 star rating.But front admin console is in English, very easy to add finger prints and face.Even the speaker language is in English.Its not easy for us to install this lock ourselves, please take the installation service by amazon or hire a professional to do the installation.

Door lock doesn’t react to unlock command from WisHome app.WisHome does not show photo of visitors or incidents though lock is having memory card and photos can be checked on the panel.All illustrative videos are Chinese ..No one to contact to troubleshoot
