These work. It is unbelievable that you find a natural product that works. Then after I had been taking them, I read where this is a top rated brand. I ordered three more bottles and both myself and my husband, yes two men, are both sleeping through the night with a strong urine stream. He is 69 and I am 52. I could not be more thankful. We saw a difference WITHIN two weeks.

So far this product has worked for me.I went from 4 times a night getting up to pee to no more then once a night. This isn't something that works over night, its gradual, I'm not able to give you that actual time frame but I'm going to say 30 days.

Very good supplement

I was a bit sceptical of Saw Palmetto when my doctor recommended I try it. He said that some patients got relief from it. I was getting up two to four times a night. Usually four. I researched on line a bit. This brand sounded good. The doctor had told me it !might take 90 days to see results. I started two in the morning. Six weeks later my nightly wakes were down to two. Now it is one sometimes. Has it cured my issue? Probably not, but I am sleeping better with fewer wake ups. That is worth a lot.

The price was reasonable and the product works great.

I take this product on regular basis and I think it is very effective but the last shipment I received had a very strong rancid smell when I opened the seal. Even though there was 6 month still from expiry date, the product was either not stored properly or some manufacturing issue leading to rancid & rotten smell. I will wait a month before ordering again to get a different lot with newer production date This review is not about the product itself but with this particular lot that expires on 03/2027. The manufacturer should recall this lot so the customer don't get sick

Really clean ingredients and great ratios. Easy to digest but do take with food cause it’ll make you sick

Ich benutze dieses Mittel jetzt seit ca. drei Wochen und glaube , bereits Verbesserungen der Blasenfunktion bemerkt zu haben. Ich hatte schon mehrere Nächte, in denen ich nicht rausmußte. Auch sonst scheint die Blasenfunktion besser zu sein - schärferer Strahl ... Ich bin im Moment mit dem Mittel zufrieden!

Habe es schon einmal eingenommen, habe gedacht brauche es nicht mehr war ein Irrtum. Man bekommt dadurch stärkeren strahl!

Good product. Helps in prostate problems

I was skeptical about this product, but after a week I can say it's made a noticeable difference. No it's not the miracle cure, but it makes a huge improvement to the point that I'm not getting up during the night.
