I ordered the Nathan Arm Band at the same time as the  Tune Belt Sport Armband for iPhone 4S and More (Fits iPhone 4 / 3GS / 3G / 2G / 1G and more) . I tried them both and this has become my favorite. I had to switch iPhone cases I was using from one that was difficult to remove to one that was easy to remove, because you do have to remove the case for the phone to fit in the holder.The phone fits firmly in the case, which makes it easier to push the Home button and to touch the screen. The case is small and lightweight. I do not get any condensation on the plastic cover, like I get with the Tune Belt.The strap that holds the phone in the case goes at the top of your arm, so there is no concern about the phone slipping out unless you are using it for bench pressing or doing some other exercise where you are holding your arms up. I use mine for running, so I don't have that problem.If you don't have a sleeve between the band and your arm, you will have indentations on your skin when you take it off. The inside of the band has ridges to keep it from slipping on your arm.I've been very happy with my arm band. I don't even use the Tune Belt anymore. This came up when I searched for an Iphone 5 arm band. The description says "One size" It is not One size. It is for an Iphone 4/4S. It is too small for the Iphone 5.
