Really good quality plastic. I am very pleased with it. It was a little more expensive compared to other kind of plastic but it is worth it.

I'm replacing a concealed shower, the valve and shower head is behind a cavity wall inside a wardrobe so I'm using access panels so I don't have to remove all the tiles from the bathroom wall. This panel is quite good quality and hinges or comes out completely. The only trouble is it's smaller than the measurements at 270mm x 120mm plus there's gaps around the whole periphery of the hatch door so because it's on a cavity wall there's a gale force wind comes through the gap and in winter not so good in a wardrobe. So for my job it'll have to have tape around the gaps - good job it's hidden. Bit disappointed !

I am using this to access a void in a drop ceiling.It was easy to fit. When you want to open it, there no obvious place to lift the cover. It does not have a spring loaded catch for example. I am thinking about adding a small knob or drill a hole.

Great product and does the job as expected

Excellent bit of kit. Well made and look professional if fitted correctly like the way it hinges open I am going to fit a small knob to mine as it will be used quite often. Full marks
