Do lace stockings have non-slip silicone?

Yes, of course. These fit very well. I like the lacey top with the silicone to stay in place on my thigh. Have worn it several times and still holding up. Recommend for a sexy evening out or for just formal wear.

How about the quality of the lace stockings?

These stockings are lovely. The leg is made of good quality nylon. The top is very pretty lace, with a very good quality no slip hold up.

These thigh highs are super cute and wonderful to wear! There is no slippage or irritation. I totally recommend them. I've gotten compliments on them.
