Two weeks later and she has actually been playing with the different functions herself, including the alarm clock and calendar. Her comments are:- The bigger buttons make it really easy. It's not as fiddly as other models she has tried.- The phone has all the basic functions one could need, but the menus remain really straight forward. i.e. they are not over complicated by so many options that she gets confused.- it feels quite solid and is easy to grip- The torch is super handy.N.B. This does what I want from a phone, which is to make and receive calls and text messages. There are no silly games and other rubbish on it. The I.C.E. (In Case of Emergency) facility where medical & other emergency information can be stored is very useful, as is the tiny but quite powerful little torch. For those with impaired vision, the text size can be increased. I am on the TESCO Net and my SIM card from my old Nokia phone fitted straight in and worked perfectly, as I suppose would SIMs from other networks. It has a built in FM radio which could be handy but the makers do not provide an earpiece, which is needed and at the price, (I paid £1.25 retail for one) could be included without hitting their profit margins. Over all a good phone for anyone with dodgy fingers and who is not very technology savvy.My only complaint is that the battery, while being the same voltage etc, and exactly the same length & width as my Nokia battery, is very marginally thinner, by about .5m/m so the battery cover will not close if the Nokia battery is inserted. Lo schermo non è grandissimo ma facilmente leggibile grazie ai caratteri grandi.
