These vitamins include almost every vitamin or mineral anyone could possibly want or need, especially designed for women over 45. These are excellent quality vitamins and minerals, and that's the reason I ordered them. It's hard to find vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, which is the version of B12 that's best absorbed by your body and is more effective because of that, and this has it. They also have vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, which is a good choice for any woman as we get a little older to help protect our bones.The list of vitamins and minerals in these vitamins is very long, and I don't see anything that isn't top quality. You only have to take one daily. The disadvantage these vitamins have is that they are horse pills, and I take enough of those already, but for vitamins this complete and of such good quality I'll take them.I haven't taken these long enough to see any changes in my skin, but if I suddenly wake up one morning looking like I'm 30 again, I'll let everyone know. No, seriously, these are very good vitamins that can at least make you feel younger and give your body what it needs to work effectively.Excellent product with all the daily vitamins and minerals you could want, made especially for women. I like these because it includes B12 as methylcobalamin, which is the form of B12 most readily absorbed by your body and easier for it to use. These also have vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, which is important for every woman, especially as we get a little older. I just wish these were smaller pills, but you can't have everything. These are top quality vitamins made with the best ingredients, and I think they will do a great job helping any woman feel better.

There is a very long list of vitamins and minerals and one pill (two pills per serving). I have to say that visually, I wouldn't say that I was displeased but I wasn't used to seeing vitamins that color and looking so powdery. I think it's due to the rice hull fiber? I'm not sure. But taste wise, they're not unpleasant. It took me a while to identify the smell, but the smell kind of reminds me of iced tea. The vitamins are no larger than any other vitamins.

The product does state to take with food. I made the mistake of taking with a light breakfast. I felt nauseous afterwards. Once I started taking them with an actual meal, the nausea went away. The capsules are on the larger side and I find a bit difficult to swallow. The good thing is, they do work. You'll have to take them for a couple of months to really start seeing results in your skin and hair. I started noticing new hair growth along my hairline after 45 days of taking them. I gave it 3 stars because of the nausea and pill size.

I've taken a daily multivitamin for many years and I'm pretty picky about formulation and quality as not all vitamin formulations are easily absorbed and utilized by the body. The vitamins and minerals in this supplement are nearly identical to what I've been taking, and they seem like a high quality product. They come packaged in a sealed box and the bottle has an outer and inner safety seal. The expiration on my bottle is 7/2024. The only downside I can see is that the capsules are on the large side at an inch long, and may be difficult for some people to swallow. I'm glad I gave these a try.

Packed inside a very cute looking box, you'll receive a container of supplements that will do what it can to slow the aging process down, with the pills being borderline "horse pills" as some may call it. No bad aftertaste and I'm down with trying to make myself look younger and reverse the damage I may have done.Thankfully its made in the USA with a list of good for you vitamins and minerals.

The label lists a myriad of multivitamins in their active form that are not only beneficial to overall health but the health of your skin specifically. The capsules are slightly large when compared to other supplements but they didn't present any issue in swallowing. There is a slight aftertaste but nothing yucky. The price point is a little high for my taste though as similar multivitamins containing the same ingredients are 30% less expensive.If you are looking for a great multivitamin to help keep your skin healthy I would recommend but only if you have the extra money to burn.

This multivitamin appears to be very well formulated, though I do find it a bit frustrating that fellow reviewers had to come to the rescue in providing photos of the nutrition label. On the recommendation of a reviewer for a similar 2-a-day multivitamin, these are being taken individually at different times of the day, for better absorption. Overall, I'm pleased with the product and believe that it may be worth the added cost, as compared to competing brands.

Whole blend is pretty impressive. Among sufficient doses of Vitamins like A, C, D3, E, B1, B2, B6, B12 and B5 it also includes Iodine, Selenium, Zinc, Manganese and Potassium as well as Grapefruit extract.Apart from calcium, Magnesium and potassium all of the ingredients supply or exceed daily recommended dose. Whatever is lower should be bumped by a good diet.I like that there is no weird filler ingredients. Apart from active ingredients there is only cellulose used for the capsule and rice hull fiber which i guess is used as an anti caking agent.
