Q: How is this different than curlers?

I bought this item because it allowed me to style my very thick wavy hair using the same technique as I see lots of hair dressers using at the moment. I am really pleased how easy it is to use as I am not very co-ordinated. The brush heads stay in well while they cool. I can't say the product ultimately is different to curlers, but I find it much easier to use and I will be purchasing a few more spare brush heads.

Q: Will same handle work on all sizes???

The same handle works on all size brushes. However, my problem has been that the brush handles wear out and will no longer hold the brush. I have four sets of these and currently two handles of the four work. I have not tried contacting the company to see if they have replacement handles.

Q: Does the Large set come with barrel clips like shown in the picture for the medium set?

Yes they do all the Click n Curl full sets now come with three clips; although if you are using the set all you need to do is roll the barrel tight to the scalp and give it a wiggle and it will stay put. The Clips are there for those areas like the top of the head that sometimes may roll out. Thank you for your question.
