Is this polish vegan?

Yes it is vegan, and personally it’s my favorite brand of polish, it goes on smoothly and 2 coats of paint is perfect. Definitely recommend.

Why is mine thick and goopy?

Mine was the same. It goes on blotchy and looks horrible. I would not recommend.
