Writing this review after 3 moths of usage. The TV is good. Installation is very poor. They delayed almost 2 weeks to wall-mount the TV. The customer care support is very poor. After 1 week of purchase, I took the risk and opened the box and installed the TV on the table by myself. The picture quality is good. Sound quality is average level. Android OS performance is very slow. I am getting one line which splits the picture in 2 parts while playing some videos. It is annoying. When we reload the video the issue fixes automatically. It occurred many times. The issue should be fixed from Oneplus side. They should give the Software update. Oneplus stopped this model now. They are not selling this TV in Oneplus website. So Don't buy it.

DONT BUY. NO REPLACEMENT FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECT, PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
The media could not be loaded. I have been a oneplus mobile user for past several years, with that belief I purchased this TV from Oneplus.Within 2 weeks of purchase of Y1 S Pro 43-inch TV, we started seeing glitches on the display where a green screen flickers and disappears. When raised a complaint with Amazon, they raised their hands saying after 10 days it’s not their responsibility, deal with Oneplus directly.I initiated a complaint with Oneplus, and a technician from their service partner Jeeves turned up a day after. He insisted that the company will not accept the complaint without any video evidences performed a factory reset and closed the ticket.I started recording the shows and movies that I watch (the wonderful viewing experience that company offers), and managed to capture the glitches and shared the videos. But the Jeeves rejected it by saying that I should capture the Oneplus logo and TV serial number along with the problem. I managed to capture it again as per their specifications and raised another complaint. A new technician turned up, opened up the back panel took pictures and confirmed that the TV has manufacturing defect and company will replace the TV.Even after following up multiple times Oneplus as a company is not convinced that the TV has a manufacturing defect, they want to try out the software update resolve the display panel issue. The call centre support is a pathetic medium of communication for the end user. One day I maned to get a guy with some basic technical knowledge who performed a online remote diagnostics and captured the logs from TV, and he conveyed to me that I will receive an email with a link where I can upload the video evidences for further analysis, it has been a week I am still waiting for that bloody email to arrive into my inbox.As per the policy, company shall provide a replacement for any manufacturing defect reported within a month of purchase/install. Overall I have waited for almost 1 month, still there is no solution to this issue.Another defect with this TV is, after 10 minutes of idle time TV sleeps and turns off automatically. After this you can not turn on the TV with remote. Workaround: Power off and power on again and then use the remote to wake-up the TV• I would not recommend Oneplus TV for its poor performances• Very poor customer service, you can expect 20 minutes of waiting time to get connected and eventually the issue will not get resolved.
