NOTHING SPECIAL!
Was hoping these would be super overnighters for my Hubby, but was totally disappointed to find out come morning that the incontinence pad under him was soaked as well! Bought Large (his waist/hips measure 45") which was the correct size, however the waist was way short just about revealing his butt crack! Glad I only bought the 14ct, the remaining will be used for daytime wear! All around, Depends Night Defense are way better!

It seems that if you move around too much in bed these don't really stay in place very well not like tena or North shore
